Refund Policy — 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every pouch we ship. If NestGuard doesn't work for you when used as directed, contact us and we'll refund your full purchase price.


Our 90-Day Guarantee

You have 90 full days from the date of delivery to try NestGuard in your home, vehicle, barn, or any other space you need to protect. If you follow the placement guide included with your order and you're not satisfied with the results, we will refund your full purchase price — no hassle, no guilt.

Why 90 days? Because that's exactly how long our pouches are designed to work in enclosed spaces. We match our guarantee to our product's working life — not to a 30-day window designed to expire before you've seen real results.


To Qualify for a Refund, the Following Conditions Must Be Met

We ask for a few basic things — not to make your life harder, but to make sure NestGuard had a fair chance to work before we call it done.

1. The guarantee window must be active. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your confirmed delivery date. We cannot process refund requests submitted after this window closes.

2. Pouches must have been used, not returned unused. Our guarantee exists to protect customers who tried the product and didn't see results — not to serve as a free trial. Requests for refund on clearly unused, unopened product will not be approved. If your order never arrived or arrived damaged, see the section below.

3. The placement guide must have been followed. NestGuard works when placed correctly. Our guide specifies one pouch per 8 sq ft during an active infestation, and one per 125 sq ft for prevention. Refunds will not be issued for placements that did not follow these instructions — for example, placing all pouches in a single room while leaving the rest of the home untreated, or placing pouches in open outdoor areas where the 30-day (not 90-day) duration applies.

If you're unsure how many pouches you need or where to place them, email us before deploying your order. We're happy to build you a custom placement plan at no charge.

4. One refund per household. Our guarantee covers one refund per shipping address. It is not transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

5. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered. NestGuard's guarantee applies only to purchases made directly at getnestguard.com or through our official Amazon storefront. We cannot guarantee the authenticity or storage conditions of products purchased elsewhere.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@getnestguard.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your name, order number, and delivery date
  3. Tell us briefly where you placed the pouches and what you experienced
  4. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days

We do not require you to ship the pouches back.


Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@getnestguard.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. This is separate from the satisfaction guarantee and does not count against it.


Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, email support@getnestguard.com or visit getnestguard.com/pages/manage-refills. Cancellations requested after a subscription order has already been processed and shipped follow the standard 90-day satisfaction guarantee terms above.


What We Do Not Cover

  • Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the confirmed delivery date
  • Unopened, unused product (unless damaged or incorrect — see above)
  • Placements that did not follow the included placement guide
  • Second refund requests from the same household address
  • Orders purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Damage caused by improper storage or misuse of the product
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We built this guarantee to protect people who genuinely try NestGuard and don't get the results they were hoping for. The conditions above exist to make sure that's exactly who we're protecting — not to create barriers. If you have any doubt about whether your situation qualifies, just email us first. We'd rather talk it through and help you get results than process a refund.
