How to Manage Your Subscription

To pause, skip, or cancel: Email us at support@getnestguard.com with your name and order number. We'll take care of it within 1 business day. No cancellation fees. No pressure.

To change your shipping address: Email support@getnestguard.com at least 3 days before your next scheduled ship date.

To change your pack size: Email us anytime to upgrade or downgrade your order quantity before the next billing cycle.

To update your payment method: Email us and we'll send you a secure payment update link.

When Does My Next Box Ship?

Your subscription renews every 90 days from your original purchase date. You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before your next charge so you always know what's coming.

The 90-Day Replacement Rule

Here's a reminder worth bookmarking: your NestGuard pouches last up to 90 days in enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces (under sinks, crawl spaces, RV compartments, engine bays). In high-airflow open areas like open garages or outdoor sheds, replace every 30 days.

Subscribers on the 90-day auto-ship are already timed perfectly. You'll always have fresh pouches ready.
